BalancedYOU strives to help you become more present. Presence can be achieved in any moment and often requires a practice to be solidified into an experience in day-to-day life. The tools we teach are yoga, mindfulness meditation, breathwork and sound therapy.
We teach both one on one and group classes. Some of our client small groups meet online while others are in person in corporate settings. Classes range from one hour to two hours. Beginner meditation is 30min.
Denise, the owner has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. She has over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training in multiple forms of yoga as well has completed a two-year mindfulness teacher training program under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She continues to study and unpack the intricacies of conditioning that keep us from knowing a deeper way of being.
