The BalancedYou, whose registered office is 2999 N. 44th Street, Suite 515, Phoenix, AZ 85018 takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously and in relation to the management of client and teacher’s personal details we are fully committed to the new GDPR.
This policy explains how we may collect Personal Data about you, what we may use this form for, who will use it and how it is stored.

You can do this by ticking various boxes when creating your account and you may change your mind at any time when using our services or products by logging into your account and changing these under “data options”

We have strict security measures to protect Personal Data.

3.2 We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
3.3 We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

The internet
