BalancedYou was created from a deep belief that there is a more grounded, present, and truthful way to live, and that each of us has access to it. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of alignment. My work is about helping you return to yourself, so you can experience more clarity, energy, and a deeper sense of truth in your everyday life.
Presence is at the core of everything we do. While it’s always available, it often requires practice to fully embody it. Through yoga, mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy, we offer simple yet powerful tools to help you slow down, become aware, and reconnect with what is real and true for you. This is not just about movement or relaxation, it’s about building a relationship with yourself that is rooted in trust, awareness, and authenticity.
We offer both private and group experiences, working with individuals, small groups, and corporate teams in both virtual and in-person settings. Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re just beginning or deepening an existing practice. Offerings range from 30-minute beginner meditation sessions to more immersive one- and two-hour classes, all grounded in a personalized and supportive approach.
My own journey has been one of continuous learning and seeking. With over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training across multiple disciplines, along with a two-year mindfulness teacher training under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, I’ve spent years studying both the physical and mental aspects of this work. I continue to explore the patterns and conditioning that shape how we think, feel, and live, because understanding these patterns is key to finding a deeper way of being.
